The staff were polite, knowledgeable and cute. The building had a glamorous and festive atmosphere with beautiful decorations. The bedroom was spacious and had character. The food, especially breakfast, was very good.

The breakfast selection had a good mix of Chinese and Western cuisine. The rooms were comfortable and the bathroom and room service were exceptional. The staff were accommodating and made my stay pleasant.

Located in the embassy area, The St Regis Beijing offers a convenient and quiet environment. It is close to several high-quality restaurants, such as the Chinese restaurant and the Press Club, which both provide delicious dishes and excellent service. The hotel's rooms, like the stateman suite, may have an old-fashioned charm but are well-maintained and spotless. The attentive and energetic butler service, like that of Diana and Pandora Liu, adds an extra level of personalized care.
The hotel lacks hot water sometimes, causing inconvenience for guests.

The location of the hotel was great, providing easy access to the city center and other attractions. The staff at the front desk were professional and attentive to our needs. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. The spa and health club facilities were great, awesome for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

I loved the breakfast selection, comfortable rooms, really good service, accommodating staff, and unbeatable location. The lobby and garden were beautiful, and having a personal butler was a treat. The pool, Chinese restaurant, and Happy Hour were all great. a wonderful stay.

the room had all the necessary and exclusive amenities, making us feel pampered and comfortable. the service provided was exceptional, and the staff made us feel like royalty throughout our stay. the Spa & wellness centre was also top, notch, offering a range of services including massage, sauna and jacuzzi. the indoor swimming pool, along with its sun terrace and spa lounge, was also a great place to relax and unwind. the hotel's restaurant and bar/lounge area offered a delicious and varied menu, with the option of in, room breakfast or outdoor dining.
Though there were hardly any negatives about this hotel, we did feel that the garden area could have been better, maintained. the outdoor dining area was quite limited, and we would have preferred more private facilities.
